There are many reasons to why people bully. They bully because they get influenced by their family. Secondly, it’s to put out their stress to other people. Lastly it’s because of peer pressure.
The first reason why bullies behave the way they do is because of the influence the got from their family. Some bullies since they are young get abused by their parents which lead to them thinking that abusing can be normal. So at school they abuse their classmates or anyone younger than them. Researchers have found that 23% of the bullies have been bullied or abused of some sort from their families.
The second reason why bullies bully other people is to put out their stress to them. Different people release their stress in their own ways but for bullies they do it usually by violence. They pick on the weaker and the smaller sized people since they’re easy to deal with. Jack is an example of a bully who behaves this way because when he gets stressed at school and home he starts to pick on other kids smaller and weaker from him.
Lastly some bullies behave the way they do because of peer pressure. Most kids in school like to be in groups and when one person starts to bully the other, naturally the whole group starts bullying that person in order to not become the person that gets bullied. For example, Jenny when she was younger used to be in a group where they bullied a girl for being short; even though that girl was Jenny’s oldest friend she couldn’t stop her from getting bullied.
In conclusion, the bullies behave the way they do because they get influenced from their family. Secondly, it’s to put out their stress on other people. Lastly it’s because of the peer pressure from the group they’re in.
